During the month Memory Walks are taking place across the UK in a bid to raise money for a world without dementia. People of all abilities can come together to recognise those affected by dementia by raising money for the cause.

Jo Crosby, Head of Activities at The New Deanery and St Mary’s Court said: “Thousands of people each year develop dementia and we want to raise money to help fund new research, which will hopefully one day find a cure.”

“There will be 25 of us setting off on our walk around Bocking and High Garrett from The New Deanery on Saturday at 10am and we will be finishing at St Mary’s Court. We welcome all to join us.”
