“We have recently received recognition for our leadership and management in the form of a national win at the Skills for Care Accolades Awards. Receiving an ‘outstanding’ rating from CQC for our well-led service further supports this.”
The report stated: “The staff group truly understood and practiced the values of this organisation of Kindness, Comfort and Respect.
“Staff were highly pro-active in their approach to care. They demonstrated compassion and preserved peoples privacy in every aspect of their work to make people feel valued and supported.
“People received support and care from a staff team who were trained to meet their needs. Training was well managed by a dedicated team within the service.
“People were able to have a varied and interesting life that was supported by sufficient staff for them to access the community and a host of social activities that were widely advertised.”
The onsite team at St Mary’s Court work tirelessly to ensure exemplary 24 hour, high quality care and support for residents and families, and we believe that they and the home thoroughly deserve to be recognised in this way.”
