Home Testimonials How to give feedback
We are really interested in what you have to say about the services we provide and we take any feedback very seriously. Which is why we offer a number of different ways of providing honest, constructive feedback. It’s the best way to learn and introduce improvements to make the lives of our residents and our staff better.
You can leave reviews on carehome.co.uk, Google or Facebook. Or there are a number of other routes you can use to tell us your views about any aspects of our service:
If you prefer to make a formal complaint direct to Sonnet Care Homes management, a summary of our process and contact details are set out below. A register of all formal complaints is maintained and reviewed at our Clinical Governance Board every month.
You can scroll through the report below using the arrows at the bottom of the document (hover over the document first).

I just wanted to say thank God there are people like you working in the care system that give us the knowledge that not everyone is bad. I thank my lucky stars that you were on Ash unit to look after Ian and care and protect him. Now I truly know you are my guardian angel.
Ian is at home this weekend. He doesn’t speak much now, just the odd word, but he likes me to sing to him and he tries to join in. I don’t think we will be hitting the big time with our voices!!!! I just love being around him – he is my hero and I love him. I hope you and your family are well and happy. Thank you for being you. Lots of love, Jane”
“The staff are not only professional in their approach, they are also very personable and it’s clear they do actually care above all else. The facilities and organisation are first rate. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and reflect the high standards of care taken throughout the care village. My wife’s dignity is respected at all times and her comfort is always the main focus.”
“I’ve been at the home for nearly 18 months, I know what it’s all about and would recommend the above home because I like it very much and I’m happy here.”
