Please visit our fees page for detailed information
If a permanent resident chooses to leave the home fees are charged up to and including the date of departure. Whilst we request as much notice as possible, there is no formal requirement to give notice.
If a resident passes away at the home fees are charged 3 days after death to enable families to collect possessions.
There are no hidden charges. Our fees for residents who fund their own care are all-inclusive with the exception of private telephone charges, dry cleaning, and toiletries. Please see Our Fees at www.stmaryscourt.co.uk/our-fees for further information.
Fees are reviewed annually and changes will be effective from 1st April each year.
If you require additional care support (e.g. one to one care), it may also be necessary to increase the fees in line with our tariff. Prior to any increase in fees due to changing need, we will always discuss this with you and/or your representative.
The full fee is payable during the first six weeks of absence. Absences for longer than that may be subject to a modest discount which will be discussed on a case by case basis.
