Our staff are led by our experienced, national award-winning Home Manager, Jane Sadowski. We asked her to describe herself in a few words:

“I have been involved in the management and commissioning of homes for 16 years now. My main experience has been in the field of dementia and I consider myself very lucky as I love what I do!

“I am passionate about my role and take the well-being, emotional and physical, of the residents in my care very seriously. When I came to St Mary’s Court I was so impressed at the level of commitment shown by the team who strive to make a difference to people’s lives daily, and the warmth and feeling of “family” that flows here meant that I very quickly came to consider it my home too.”
